Support by Volunteers

All activities which TROPICA VERDE carries out both domestically and abroad in order to conserve tropical habitats and their biodiversity are performed by members of the association, the board, and the committee, as well as the sponsors, on a non-profit basis.
This ensures that most of the funds can be applied directly to the projects and to the benefit of the information office for its work.

TROPICA VERDE is constantly looking for volunteers who are ready to donate part of their free time to help organize and execute events, support publicity work and fundraising activities, as well as help in administration and office work in Germany. Also, personal input is always sought after when it comes to the cooperation with our Costa Rican project partners. This commitment is compensated by interesting encounters, team spirit, a friendly work atmosphere, as well as the progress in protecting tropical forests.
